TREBIUS VALENS calls on all graphic designers, amateurs and professionals alike, to participate in a unique design competition. The goal is to create modern, contemporary and original imperial socks that will be produced and marketed.
Themes and categories of the contest
Category 1: Binche and Belgium: Carnival of Binche, masks, Belgian folklore, local traditions, cultural symbols...
Category 2: Pompeii and Antiquity: Wall paintings, mosaics, scenes of daily life in Pompeii, Greek-Roman mythology, archaeological remains...
Category 3: Italy and Naples: Views of Naples, Italian architecture, Mediterranean landscapes, Neapolitan culture, volcanoes like the Vesuvius...
Category 4: Roman Empire: Imperial symbols, Roman legions, temples, triumphal arches, cuirasses, helmets, motifs from the Roman era, mythology...
Category 5: TREBIUS VALENS Ghostly Character: Original creation around the TREBIUS VALENS character, combining elements like the lion’s head and the snake. Imagine patterns that evoke the power and mysticism of this legendary figure.
Category 6: Other Inspirations: Various themes related to antiquity, Rome, or any other related subject that could enrich the concept of imperial socks TREBIUS VALENS.
General competition terms
1. Selection criteria:
- Projects must be modern, contemporary, original and unique.
- Each visual must not exceed 6 colors.
2. Award:
- The selected design(s) will be produced, and the creator will receive a prize of 100€ per model product.
3. Assignment of rights:
- By participating in the contest, the candidate automatically assigns all intellectual property rights related to his visual to TREBIUS VALENS. In addition, TREBIUS VALENS may use the visuals in its communication during the duration of the competition and the marketing of the models proposed.
4. Project Registration and Filing:
- Registration deadline (Phase 1): 18 October 2024
- Deadline for submission of projects: 31 October 2024.
- Participants may submit several projects, each to be submitted separately.
5. Eligibility:
- This competition is open to applicants of age or minors with the consent of their parents. Participants should ideally have a VAT number.
